Tina and Jothan had a gorgeous garden wedding set in the King’s Garden at Historic Fort Ticonderoga. The British are coming….no wait it’s the Bride and Groom!
Tina and Jothan were the sweetest couple as they mapped out their wishlist and day-of details! While they hail from NYC they planned a fun upstate garden party for their guests at a property that holds a special place in their hearts. They included fun details that showed off their personalities from the table “Birds” instead of numbers that Jothan designed to a piece of Tina’s fathers boat for the guest “book.” And a Revolutionary War venue wouldn’t be complete without a cannon shots after their vows!
As a planner you often spend a lot of time behind the scenes juggling so many of their last minute details. My favorite moment from this wedding was seeing the smile on Jothan’s mother as she watched them have their first dance. They were also the first couple I’ve worked with that didn’t have their first dance picked out until the morning of their wedding – LOL!
