Your wedding stationary will be one of the first things you design for your event. I’m sharing some tips to help you along with this process!

Save the Dates
The aesthetic for your save the dates can be similar to that of your invitation, or you can make them their own. Go ahead and make it fun, colorful or even a picture you love of the two of you (and maybe your dog). We love our fur babies here at WPP lol.

Include:

• Both partners’ names
• Date and city the wedding will take place
• Wedding website link (even if the website isn’t complete, you’ll be able to keep your guests updated as you go with travel and accommodation info)
• Add “formal invitation to follow” to the bottom of the card
• Should be sent out about 12 months from your decided wedding date

Invitations
Your invitations will connect with the colors, theme and energy of your day. When your photographer takes the detail shots of these, it’ll be like they merge with the décor.  

Include:

• Names of the host/hosts of the wedding
• Both partners’ names
• Ceremony date and time
• Venue name, city and state
• If your reception is in a different location than your ceremony, include an enclosure card to give the address and start time for dinner and dancing
• Should be sent out 3 months from your decided wedding date

RSVP’s
Your RSVP cards will be pretty simplistic in design as they just need to include the following:

• Reply by date
• Space for the guests names
• A response- “accept or regrets”
• A space for number of guests attending
• Optional- meal options and space for dietary restrictions
• Will be sent with your invitations on a separate card

• Elevate your invitation, wrap it in vellum
• Matching menu cards
• Make sure to add florals from your florist for your flat lay photos
