Wedding Planning Plus was established in April 2007, which means we are currently celebrating our 16th anniversary! It’s wild to think about the early days when it was just me and a book about how to become a wedding planner (sad but true). Now I lead a team of 15 planners, designers, and coordinators who each year are creating and executing corporate functions, community projects, and industry business coaching sessions, as well as working on the weddings of 50+ couples. It’s amazing to see how far this small business has come.
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the amazingly talented people on my team. From my full-time Event Planners Alex Austin and Eliza Johnson, to our in-house Event Designer Margette Jobin and our assistant Alissa Satalino, to the whole crew of hardworking coordinators who make it look so easy to create wedding magic on the big day. In celebration of Team WPP I will be featuring all of their bios on IG to give them the praise that they so deeply deserve.
