Leila and Emmanuel were joined together in a beautiful wedding day on a warm sunny Sunday in August near the Bride’s home town of Kinderhook. The happy couple were married in Leila’s home church by her pastor, along with Manny’s pastor who assisted in officiating the wedding ceremony in Creole French. Members of Manny’s family were surprised and delighted by the thoughtful way in which Manny and Leila intertwined their faith and traditions in the wedding ceremony.

Leila and Manny took the time to personalize their wedding in so many ways, Leila’s gorgeous gown was designed by a close friend and bridesmaid. The bride’s brother played a beautiful piece on the piano as his sister walked down the aisle with their father, and close friends emceed their reception in the ballroom at Birch Hill.

It is such a joy for me to work with a bride and groom and truly personalize their special day! And always so special to see the true deep love a couple have for one another as they enter a lifetime of happiness together.
