Kelsey and Ari celebrated a beautiful late fall wedding day at the New York State Museum in Albany. The New York State Museum is one of the coolest and most unique venues in the area! We did the ceremony under an airplane, cocktail hour by a working carousel, and reception overlooking the NYS Capital and the Empire State Plaza.
When people ask why they need a wedding coordinator the obvious answers are to have a well managed event, for the couple to not have to worry about anything that day, and the like. But this wedding highlighted some lesser known but equally important reasons! During cocktail hour a tomato soup shooter was accidentally spilled on Kelsey’s white wedding dress but we had a Tide stick and Shout wipes in our kits and got all of the stain out before it was time to start the reception. And one very excited groomsmen split a very large hole in the seam of his tuxedo pants but I whipped out our sewing kit and he was back to the dance floor in no time. These are not always the things people think may happen but when you have a wedding coordinator you know you have a rescuer for just about anything that comes up!
This wedding was both beautiful and also a lot of fun for me and my team. It’s obvious these two kindhearted and brilliant young doctors are in love and it was such a pleasure to have a small part in their big day!

Jennifer
