THE JOURNAL

Kristina and Kyle – May 23, 2015

Kristina and Kyle were married on May 23rd and
let me tell you it was a day to remember!
Kristina contacted Wedding Planning Plus about a month
before her wedding. Concerned about who would handle all of the last minute
details, the answer… me!! Through meetings, lots of phone calls, many emails
and plenty of hugs, a gorgeous wedding was the result!
Kristina chose soft grey and blush for her wedding colors, a
new and upcoming color combo and let me tell you it was gorgeous! Kristina’s
bridesmaids wore beautiful grey floor length gowns and Bobby from White Cottage
Gardens blew us away with stunning blush and white bouquets. Kristina’s bouquet
was wrapped at the stem with white ribbon and turquoise rosary beads for her
something blue. Our jaws dropped when we saw her bouquet. Alongside her
stunning bridesmaids were two of the cutest ring bearers I’ve ever seen. Both
wearing mini converse sneakers, suspenders, pink bow ties and mini aviators!!
You have to take a look at the photos to see the signs they carried down the
aisle.  They were just too cute!
After a beautiful ceremony at St. Peters church with not a
dry eye in the audience the fun really began. Our bridal party boarded the
trolley to enjoy champagne on their trip to the beautiful Hall of Springs
where guests enjoyed cocktails outside until it was time for the reception to
commence. During which time Lauren and Jeremy from La Rosa Media took some
beautiful portraits of the new Mr. and Mrs.
When it was time for the newlyweds to be announced they were
greeted with a packed dance floor thanks to TS Ensemble who rocked the house.  Guests
took few breaks from the dance floor that night but when they did they struck a
pose in the photo booth or took a minute to read Kristina and Kyle’s love story
on their custom made signs. Just when guests started to get tired Mazzone
Hospitality opened up a late night bar with mini burgers French fries and
milkshakes! It was such a fun way to end a beautiful day.
I was thrilled to be working with an amazing team of vendors
who pulled out all the stops for this bride and groom. A huge shout out to
Jeremy and Lauren who captured the day in both photos and video, you truly are
amazing at what you do! Bobby from White Cottage Gardens outdid himself again,
I loved the astilbe in Kristina’s bouquet! TS ensemble had everyone dancing all
night long and they brought a long a great photo booth too! Mazzone Hospitality
wowed the guests with dinner and late night snacks! I was also lucky enough to
work with Father Doyle of St. Peter’s church, Christina Greco with Horsin’ Around
Trolley, Upstate Transit and the Saratoga Hilton.
Kristina and Kyle it was a pleasure working with you to make
this a day to remember!!
I wish you all the best!!
xoxo,

Aissa
