THE JOURNAL

McKenzie and Kyle – September 7, 2013

McKenzie and Kyle were married on September 7, 2013, at a very special location, their new home.  This warm and fun couple didn’t let a little rain get them down that day and their love lit up the tents in their backyard.

The most important thing to McKenzie and Kyle about their day was to be surrounded by their family, friends and loved ones, including their fur babies.  McKenzie’s sisters were with her the whole morning and her younger sister, Reilly stood next to her during the ceremony.  Kyle’s best friend was there to provide laughter and fun up until the ceremony and stood next him while he said his vows.  The couple chose to write their own vows for a ceremony conducted by a treasured friend.  I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house listening to them to profess their love for one another. Once we all dried our eyes, the energy really cranked up and the group partied into the night!

Heather Bohm-Tallman did a beautiful job of capturing this fantastic day!  Just take a look at these stunning photos.  The ladies of Make Me Fabulous did an awesome job of making for some fabulous looking ladies before the day began.  The groom’s aunt, Kim, of Lily and the Rose catering, provided not only excellent food for the reception but also all the décor for the night.  Soul Session the Band kept the party going from the start of the ceremony to the end of the night while Red Cape Dream captured all the fun of the evening on video.

McKenzie and Kyle you are beautiful couple inside and out and I’m so happy you let me be a part of your day!! Congratulations!!

XO Ginny
