Destination Spotlight – Kennebunkport

Kennebunkport is a quintessential coastal New England town. With ocean views, cute candy and souvenir shops, and a quiet understated elegance it is an area that if you don’t ever consider getting married in you should at least plan a little weekend trip to. Famous for the presidential Bush family compound that sits on an inlet a few miles north of town, this is a village that loves its US royalty as much as it loves its Red Sox and local wild blueberries. If you are considering a destination wedding to this area there are several lovely venues to choose from. And as long as you include a little chowdaah and fresh Maine lobstaaahs you should do just fine here.
