Melissa and Pete’s July wedding was everything a timeless summer celebration should be—elegant, emotional, and filled with joy. Just as the warm weather finally settled in, their big day marked the beginning of a new chapter in the most beautiful way.
The morning began in the most sentimental of places—their childhood homes. Melissa and Pete each got ready surrounded by family and memories, wrapping up one chapter of life before beginning their next. Melissa shared sweet, quiet moments with her mother before stepping into her stunning ballgown, then brought the room to life with a first look for her bridesmaids dressed in soft blue. Her tearful first look with her father was a moment we won’t forget.
With everyone ready, the bridesmaids helped gather the groom’s crew and head to the church—where anticipation was running high. Melissa arrived in classic bridal fashion, donning a cathedral veil and walking down the aisle with her father by her side. The ceremony, a full Catholic mass, was a beautiful reflection of their faith and love, with tradition woven into every detail.
After their grand exit—surrounded by cheers and loved ones—the party made their way to Saratoga Spa Park for portraits. The light was dreamy, the bridal party looked amazing, and the ring bearers stole the show (as they should!). Melissa and Pete shared quiet, joy-filled newlywed portraits before heading to their reception.
Guests were already arriving at Saratoga National Golf Club, greeted with champagne, passed hors d’oeuvres, live music, and the perfect view of the golf course. Melissa and Pete joined their cocktail hour while the tent behind the scenes transformed into a reception dream.
With patterned linens, blue goblets, romantic taper candles, and lush, summer florals, the tent was pure magic. Our designer, Margette, truly outdid herself—it was like stepping into a summer garden party meets timeless elegance.
The celebration continued as guests found their seats and the new Mr. and Mrs. made their grand entrance, going right into their first dance under the glowing lights of the tent. The rest of the evening flowed with laughter-filled toasts, an overflowing dessert station, and a packed dance floor.
It was a wedding day that felt effortless and full of heart—exactly what we hoped for when Melissa and Pete first came to us. Being a part of their planning journey was such an honor, and seeing it come to life in such a perfect way? It truly never gets old.

Eliza
