Allie and Bhas were married in downtown Albany with a ceremony at the Historic St. Mary’s Church and a reception at 90 State Events. Allie came to me looking for some help finding vendors and keeping her plans in tact and together with her fiance Bhas we planned an elegant and multicultural wedding.
Allie and Bhas have great style and it’s no surprise that their decor and their details were all smart and modern. The bridesmaids wore all white dresses and Allie carried a beautiful cascading bouquet in creams and greens. For the reception a structure was built over their Tuscan head table and flowers and greenery dripped down over their heads. As for the multicultural aspects, that was seen most clearly in the parade from the church to 90 State where the bride and groom wore traditional flower garlands (Bhas’ culture) and the guests were led by foot following an authentic bag piper (Allie’s culture). It was a beautiful day!
Thank you Allie and Bhas for finding me and being such a joy to work with!
xoxo,
Shannon
